I love it! I get an amazing high from it when I do HIIT strength training. On my off strength training days I lack motivation to go to the gym unless I'm doing HIIT. I'd rather go for a nice walk outside than do steady state cardio at the gym.0

I adore lifting. Just deadlifted 225 for the first time last night and walked out of the gym feeling like a king. I know it's baby weight but you gotta start somewhere.0
