I am absolutely in! I have put on too much weight over the last 6 months. I am such a stress eater and with my husband being laid off, I have not dealt with it well. Need to face to scale because I have been avoiding it. Going back to kickboxing tonight (I pay for it so I should go
20lbs would be a great start and the support would be great.

I am aiming to lose 20-30lbs! BY Christmas would be wonderful but overall just want to lose and keep it off no matter how long it takes! I just started a low carb diet 7 days ago and already down about 5 lbs! So far it is going in the right direction! I would love to have additional support and motivation/accountability!0

Trying to lose the extra 35 lbs that 2 pregnancies in 3 years deposited all over my body. I've never stopped working out, so for me the change has to be tracking, tracking, and more tracking.
