Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Didn't set any

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? 55 mins on the elliptical

What would I have done differently? track all my calories

What is today's personal goals? go for a walk and not stress eat

    Yesterday Jan 4:

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes, 400 cals under (that combined with 800 cals under on Tuesday makes up for my 1100 cals over on Monday)

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Nutritionally yes

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? 55 mins on the elliptical (ditto!)

    What would I have done differently? Buy more veggies for snacks. 3:30 was hurtin me even after a cucumber and yogurt snack (separate snacks of course, gross!) ;)

    What is today's personal goals? Gym again 55 min elliptical, 1400 cals cals to eat.

    Exercise weekly progress (Sun-Sat) - 2/7 days of exercise: 5 days in a row of working out at the gym 450-530 cals burned doing cardio.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? 4 miles walk - needed fresh air and not the stuffy gym :smile:

    What would I have done differently? track all my calories and make better choices

    What is today's personal goals? elliptical for 60 minutes (DONE!!!) and make better food choices

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Most certainly not. Spent 2 days in Chicago with my girls. Had a great time and did not count the calories.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Did not gorge and worked out in the hotel gym

    What would I have done differently? A little less wine

    What is today's personal goals? Get on the elliptical and eat lightly at our South American wine and food pairing party. (Can it be done?)

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? attended the nutrition class, and am committed to following it

    What would I have done differently?

    What is today's personal goals? an hour of step (done this morning), follow the weightloss class guidelines

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Did the elliptical and din't give in to a glass of wine after a calorie crazy day!!

    What would I have done differently? better choices at Don P.'s

    What is today's personal goals? Elliptical - (done)! Keep calories under control, especially @ Book Club tonight. I'm making a mushroom topped Brie that is definitely a taste only item!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Had only one small plate of appetizers at Book Club. Boy, do those calories add up!! Ate very little all day to save up calories and still went over by a bit over a hundred. No wonder i couldn't lose when I wasn't adding up the calories!

    What would I have done differently? Skipped just a couple crackers! More of the vegies

    What is today's personal goals? Elliptical - and stay under for calories

    Monday weigh in 137.4 1.7 lbs down from last Monday! Goes to show... exercise and staying in my calorie zone works!

    Would totally have enjoyed it but it wasn't very good port! That's why it was 1/2 a glass!! :laugh: Now if it had been great....

    Well, here I am all by myself!! :brokenheart: Really ok about that I guess since it's doing me good to check-in daily... but anyone who wants to join is certainly welcome!! It's a quick and easy way to stay on track!

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes! Even with a second glass of wine!

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yep

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Had a deficit but did get a little closer to my calorie limit

    What would I have done differently? Had 1 more healthy snack and one less glass of wine

    What is today's personal goals? Elliptical, and stay close to my calories. Today we celebrate my 49th birthday!! Kids and hubby are cooking so I'll have to be careful about portion size!

    Been doing a great job with the workouts but having a hard time with the calorie intake. I am not going over too bad but I should not be going over at all and I would love not to eat ALLLL my exercise calories. That is the only way I can lose... UGH... I will keep up with the great workouts and hopefully it will all fall back into place.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Kept myself in check

    What would I have done differently? Could have skipped the starter cocktail and probably would have done better the whole meal! (reminder water, agua, H2O, wasser, !!!!)

    What is today's personal goals? Elliptical, and have a calorie deficit. Eat light for dinner to night (possibly going out)

    Exercise weekly progress 6/5 for this week! Another First!! Nothing thing like Jamaica for a little motivation!

    What would I have done differently? Done something active (Watched the game from the couch)

    What is today's personal goals? Pack, Eat healthy and stay on track!

    Exercise weekly progress 6/5 for last week! Planning on spending time in the hotel Gym in Jamaica! I can take advantage of the fact that no one is an early riser on vacation!
