    Thanks...the tattoo isnt complete yet, going to add jesus' hands and some other things...I couldnt of done it without God

    Incredible! Very noticeable change. Keep up the good work. Making it a lifestyle change, I believe, is the trick. Dieting alone never works to maintain the weight loss. You are an inspiration.
