80 cal per chicken breast? Are they like 1.5oz chicken breasts or what?

Just put this into my recipe maker with a few alterations. Low sodium soy sauce, fresh cut pineapple and add a little curry powder oh and boneless skinless chicken thighs instead of breasts, came out to 201 calories per serving. Sounds delicious, can't wait to try it!

Someone tell me if it comes out nice and juicy? I'm deathly afraid of dry poultry breast. =P

    -4 chicken Breast
    _ 1 -20oz can of pineapple's drained
    - 1/4 cup of soy sauce
    - 1 tsp crushed red pepper (optional)

Cook on low for 3-4 hours or High for 2 hrs

Now, this is something I would cook......

Just a query.......is the pineapple crushed or pieces?

I would actually cut the chicken into pieces.......Going shopping tomorrow and will cook this....

In the crockpot now and it smells delicious!! Did anyone thicken up the juice to make a sauce to pour over rice? I am tempted to try it.
