Protein goal

Sometimes I go over my protein but I haven't been concerned about it because you really can't go wrong since it's good for you, right? Just wondering if I'm on the right track, I'm good at staying under everything else. :happy:

  • as long as you are close on everything else you should be fine.

    low carb is ok

    just not long term no carb

    I go over in protein every day. I am not on a low carb or high protein diet, I just always go over on protein. I wondered about that, too but apparently it happens pretty frequently for most people.
