It's called protein.
Watch your calories, eat healthy (not just in a calorie limit), and make sure there's plenty of protein in your meals. It curbs hunger better than anything.

I'm an avid believer in making sure your regular diet consists of plenty of protein and fat; if you are recieving adequite amounts of both, as well as avoiding food that will create any rise in insulin (breads, starches, ect), you will find that, not only will you not want to mindlessly munch on food, it'll be difficult to do so.
But.... if that's not your thing, I would suggest drinking ice cold black coffee with a handful of raw almonds. Or adding two tablespoons of apple cidar vinegar to ice water and chugging it 2-3 a day. Your stomach will feel weird enough to where you won't want food.0 -
