OH, and I did a bit of math. I have lost approximately 1/3 a pound a day for every day I have been trying. In other words, every three days I am a pound smaller, on average. Wooo hooo!!0 -

Okay. I just got back from a routine check up at the internal doc's, and I had them check my weight the last time I was in there. I forgot to ask how long, but it has been a while. Buuuut. My records had my weight at 4 pounds heavier than I was when I first started paying attention!!! If I count THAT weight as my heavy weight starting point, I have lost 27.5 pounds!!0

Going on vacation can be a real killer on a diet. Those all-inclusive resorts make it hard to stick to it. I guess I can be thankful it was only 2 pounds.

Just had to check in today. This new Calorie Shifting and tough workouts is paying off well. I am just so excited and if things continue this well I will shatter my goal.
