Is it ok a guy joins the challenge?
I just started MFP three days ago, I really love it because it helps you really change your lifestyle. Its not like dieting where its almost like a quick fix and then you fall apart ( I've done that before ). The only issue with me is that it seems like everyone has like a super duper scale lol where it gives you decimals. How much should I spend to get a decent scale like that?
If I can join heres my numbers. SW:222 Goal for challenge :207 Actual personal goal:1750 -

Mine displays decimals for every .2 pounds. Not sure how much to spend... compare it with other scales around it. Most digital scales should give you decimals. I don't think you need to get anything too fancy. Digital will probably help as opposed to seeing the lines whirl around, which might be harder to read accurately, but other than that.. I think you'll be OK.0 -
Ok cool, just wanted to make sure. I just want to get a scale that is close to detail for the challenge but not one that acutally can talk and tell me to get off or something crazy expensive like that.0

Sorry that i forget to post last week, i was so excited because i got out of the 170's. I do my weigh-in on sat. But as for this week,
I take full responsibility for my 2 pound gain. When i got out of the 170's last week i celebrated too much and didn't excercise at all last week. I also ate pizza and pasta. Right now i am at the point where i don't even feel bad about my gain because i know deep down that i deserved it for my behavior this week. I also feel like i will never eat pizza and pasta ever again. it sounds so gross right now. I am ready to move on and i got back on my p90x yesterday.
P.s. i also got a better job this week yay

Wow! That's a great plan! My plan doesn't look that in depth. I have fitness challenge at the Y on Monday and Wednesday, will swim laps on Tuesday morning. Tri club on Thursday and Laps again on Friday!
I will stay within my calorie allowance everyday, and drink a full glass of water before every meal.
I am excited to get back on track after a rough weekend!0 -

I already posted my week weigh-in. I normally do them 2 days before you guys do.
As for the show this week. I am very happy that other twin went home but i was saddned that (isabel i think) had to gain 9 pounds to ensure it. I was also sad to see the red team girl go. Her husband was really mean to his fellow team mates and clearly doesn't under the definition of what a Team is. I also agree with the yellow team comment that he never listens. I understand that people normally have issues with listening in general. But imagine if we all just would shut up and listen for once. Imagine all we would learn. All in all i just feel bad for the unknowns that they have to deal with Q some more and you can tell that they really didn't wanna keep him but they really respected his wife and did it for her. All in all, another disapointing episode for me. I think those twins were so selfish. Its gonna take me a while to get over that ignorance. I am clearly too involved. Aww well. I hope everyone had a good weigh in this week as well.

So that's 12 pounds. I think its really doable.
When I was in high school, I weighed 185, I thought I was about 20 pounds overweight. Getting to 165 is my old happy weight. I think my new happy weight will be under 150. I would love to get there by the end of the year.0 -
