    Okay I'm going to do my best on this (never did this before)..not a spreadsheet but its results..

    WalkingGirl1985- SW: 188.4 This week- 189.0 Overall- +0.6 (Goal- 173.0)
    Sarina87- SW: 172 This week- 170.0 Overall- (-2) (Goal- 152)
    KARAsene82- SW- 169 This week- 165.5 Overall- (-3.5) (Goal -145)
    MemphisMarty- SW- 148 (Goal- 130)
    sassietigger- SW: 183.5 (Goal- 168)

    Please notify me if anything is incorrect and I'll fix it ASAP. :happy:

    Oops! OK, so I have my scale back but didn't until Wednesday. My Wednesday weight was 145.6, down 2.4 from last week.

    PS -- Tigger, you're welcome here! I don't think anyone would flame you or mind that you joined after the show started. It's going to be like 13 episodes, so you've got plenty of time.

    PPS -- Suzanne, thanks for starting this thread! My goal for this challenge had been my goal for six months from now. Now I feel motivated to step it up and get moving sooner!

    I know I'm a couple weeks late to join... but since i just signed up for mfp today, i figure today is a good day.

    I have a different story and I hope I won't get flamed or anything, but my original start weight was 305, I had weight loss surgery in nov 08, and now comes the every day challenges of getting rid of the last 20 some and keeping it off.

    I'm not a big exercise buff, but am hoping to get an eliptical machine with our tax return :)

    So my numbers for this challenge are:
    SW 183.5
    GW 168

    Aww you won't get flamed. We are all here to give support and tips to each other. And also to gossip about the show :)

    I was more concerned about being flamed because I have had weight loss surgery... and it seems that so many people look down on it... it's not for everyone, but it was the right tool for me...
    anyways thanks for the welcome. i did really well today and am excited to see us be "losers"... :) and to have some friends on here is a plus too :)

    my tues weigh in is 182 for a loss of 1.5

    Just to report my own..I was 192.6 as of yesterday. Gain 3.5 because of binges last week..gotta avoid that if i wanna make this challenge.

    my weigh in for this week: 165.6 - 2.2 lbs from last week :)


    I am thankful i have dvr and willhopefully be able to watch biggest loser tonight.

    Hey I would love to join this too if it's not too late.

    I weighed in yesterday at 176lbs and woul love to be at 160lbs by the end.

    Is that realistic?

    Is it ok a guy joins the challenge?

    I just started MFP three days ago, I really love it because it helps you really change your lifestyle. Its not like dieting where its almost like a quick fix and then you fall apart ( I've done that before ). The only issue with me is that it seems like everyone has like a super duper scale lol where it gives you decimals. How much should I spend to get a decent scale like that?

    If I can join heres my numbers. SW:222 Goal for challenge :207 Actual personal goal:175

    Welcome to the party!

    Mine displays decimals for every .2 pounds. Not sure how much to spend... compare it with other scales around it. Most digital scales should give you decimals. I don't think you need to get anything too fancy. Digital will probably help as opposed to seeing the lines whirl around, which might be harder to read accurately, but other than that.. I think you'll be OK. :wink:

    Ok cool, just wanted to make sure. I just want to get a scale that is close to detail for the challenge but not one that acutally can talk and tell me to get off or something crazy expensive like that.
