    I workout 5 to 6 days a week. I do P90X, Brazil Butt Lift and drink Shakeology

    I am not. I'm a BEACHBODY coach, but that just means I help guide people...but do not offer personal training or know enough about nutrition. I know what helped me, but thats about it.
