shanell i have had no problem with my water. i was poked yesterday 2xs for blood, didn't get any. today i was poked again 4 more and they got some. i just want to eat. i think it's stress.0

Hello everyone!
I got the day "off" today because my little "Drew-Bug" has a nasty cold. I feel so bad for him because he barely gets over one and picks up another one. Such is the life at daycare. So I stayed home with him because last night he was up at least every 2 hours coughing and hacking so mommy and he were VERY tired today! Hopefully tonight he sleeps a little better.
Well as I normally am when I'm home, I feel like my diet doesn't exist so I pulled out the chips and cheese. But fortunately, I stopped myself before I got too far and resolved to be better the rest of the day. I think I did it too! We shall see around next weeks weigh-in.
Kel - Where do you work that Whiskey Woo gets to go along?? Oh and we may have a little "rivalry" on here now because I'm a huge PACKER fan, so I'm hoping for a big win against the icky Bears on Sunday. Then if we do go to the Bowl, well, you won't be cheering them on!!! :noway: That's ok, I won't hold it against you. Actually I really like the Steelers too, but I'm personally hoping for the Jets because I think it would be funny if Brett Favre's 2 ex-teams went to the Superbowl. Ok that's enough football talk for me. :yawn:

hello jazze. yes you may join. here is how we roll...LOL.
every 6 weeks we start a new challenge. we weigh in on tuesdays. this coming tuesday will be our last week on this challenge and than we begin a new one. someone will post a new week and there will be a list. you add your name to the list and the numbers required. every week you copy/paste the list and move your info from the bottom section to the top section.
example:
cathy (chipper15173)......SW XXX/ GW XXX/ CW XXX/ PROG. +/- XXX
SW is starting weight of the challenge/ GW is what you would like to see the scale say in six weeks/ CW what you weighed that tuesday or week. PROG is what you did that week.
you are more than welcome to join us for this last week and than begin a new challenge with us.
afm....i am off to get this house cleaned and begin some deep cleaning. i just feel it's needed. really need to get the seeds started for the garden. was to do that weeks ago and didn't. suppose to be nice today. need to warm up the dirt. and thaw the seeds. also putting together an exercise routine to begin next week. going to take the rest of this week and work on food intake.

Still the same but I think that will change.... Yesterday was day 4 of JMshred. It is really difficult but I do it. I tried it before work yesterday and it was a bit harder for me. I think I will do it after work most days unless i am going out after work. Still need to get more water in.....

and it WORKS!
and its not depriving at all !!!!! but im only eating healthy foods .. and im finally back working out 3-5 times a week! .....
Lots of new stuff going on with me....
One of my friends off my birth board is coming on Saturday with her family .... the first one to visit our island! (YAY)
And I am officially enrolled in Ashworth College Online! Studying towards Child Care Career SKills!
Will take about six months!
And that will be the first step .... second step is home-schooling my babe this coming fall .... for preschool .... third-step ... opening up my own preschool .... kids club ..... !!!!!!!! Will also put all my portrait stuff in theback .... for any appts made!!!!!
So im going to be a busy bee! but looking forward to all of it!

Well...had a pretty good night last night. I went home and had cramps so bad and didn't want to workout, but I did anyways and I'm so glad I did because it made me feel so much better! Then I watched that new show On The Map again...and still like it a lot!
Plan for today:
Food--
B-Simply Cinnamon corn flakes, skim milk, coffee w sugarfree creamer
S-Banana, cereal bar
L-Minestrone soup, mini saltine crackers, light yogurt
S-Apple, almonds
D-I think I'm going to make mini turkey pattys with italian breadcrumbs with a side salad and maybe some pasta. Not for sure yet
S-reduced fat graham crackers with cool whip free
Exercise--
15 minute workout-probably abs
Then...relaxing and watching Greys and Private Practice! YAY!

yea i stayed within my calories. i used the pb2 for my rice cakes. pb2 is powdered peanut butter, only 45 calories for 2 tbps. it's just crushed peanuts, no oil or anything.

At my grocery store(Fred Meyer's, Krogers to most of you) , in the health food area, you can make almond butter and peanut butter out of nothing but peanuts or almonds...no oils, preservatives. You turn on the machine...it crushes the nuts and you put the peanut butter into a container and buy it like a bulk item. I like it.0 -

Hey ladies! Hope all is well.
I am super duper tired and just feeling run down. I think I am coming down with something but cant be sure. I just made an 8 day run of not missing a day of working out at the gym. I think tonight deserves a day of rest. My body is telling me to slow down. I think I am playing a mental game with myself right now. I am afraid that if I take a day off that it will lead to 2 or 3 or more days off. Silly!
SOOOOO glad tomorrow is Friday! My SIL is getting a german shorthair pointer puppy tomorrow so we get to play with her all weekend. We have a GSP and love her dearly. She is so sweet.

i did good yesterday. feeling pretty good today. have a busy day ahead of me. cleaning for the weekend. than have lots of desk/paperwork to do. got the last w-2, so need to start taxes and hope we get money back. redo budget for a slow month of work. it oges on and on.

B-light wheat bread toasted with 1 tbsp natural pb and 1 tbsp sugar-free jam, light juice, coffee w/sugarfree creamer
S-Banana, breakfast bar
L-Salad (mixed greens, tomatos, cucumber, broccoli slaw, mushrooms, spritzer dressing), light yogurt, 1/4 c. ff cottage cheese
S-D'anjou pear
D-??? Still up in the air. We were thinking pizza, but I have to run to the grocery store, so I'll see what other ideas they have as well.
S-??? Probably reduced fat graham crackers

Good morning everyone! Another day off.... snow day!!!! So I am off to the store to get the inside stuff for my toilet. Easy breezy to fix... Has anyone seen the Carb diet? It was on Rachel Ray yesterday... YOU DON'T HAVE TO GIVE UP CARBS!!! I am going to look into it. Because we need carbs for energy to work out! Or at least that is what they say.... LOL

Happy Friday everyone!
Didn't get on yesterday, but I did shred! One more day, which will be tomorrow morning and I have met my first goal of working out at least 3 days a week. I think I might which it up next week, so I can enjoy sleeping in on a Saturday. DH has been sleeping on the couch, since he lost his job he has been. I feel so bad for him, he feels do helpless.
I have been doing great on my water intake for the week, hopefully it will show with next weigh-in!
Sorry couldn't stay any longer, but almost time to get off work so I've got a few more things to do. Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

had an ah-ha moment last night.
this morning DH wants to try a place for their breakfast buffet. thought ok, they should be good and i can make good choices. well, i was so wrong. i ended up having a 2 egg white omelet with some mushrooms, spinach, ham, little bit of cheese, olives. they had no toast. i was hoping for a piece of whole wheat. i had a little fruit. i wasn't hungry when i left, but, wasn't satisfied either. i would have just given up, but, i am the one who has to learn to deal with sorta thing. it was under 400 for the whole meal. i emailed them a complaint. wasn't worth the $20, or the gas. i could have gone to ryans and had better choices, and been stuffed. now we know. made some hungry girl brownies with a cake mix and can of pumpkin that's it. i used sugar free cake mix dropped calories to 145 each and they are huge, waiting to cool to try one.
well off to go watch everyone bowl with shanell. i still can't cause of my hand.

Hey Julia, Happy Playoff Day!!!! :drinker: :drinker: :drinker: I agree with you about Farve It would be a great slap in the face if the 2 X teams went to the super bowl. :laugh: But I still have to say I want the Steelers to go....We will both know by the end of the day. :flowerforyou: As far as the kind of work I do that allows me to take my Whiskeywoo with me. I have a small landscaping business. Very small I pretty much work by my self, unless it's a big job then I will hire a freind or my daughter to help me. It's slow at this time of the year so I spend a lot of time at home. So I try not to make the refrigerator my friend.:laugh: And spend as much time as I can with the workout DVDS. the brownies were good. i fixed the chocolate fix. i gave one to shanell she either hasn't tried it or didn't like it. she hasn't said yet.
i have to have a ABI test today. they check the blood flow in the legs. it's 30-45 mins long. than tomorrow i go to the foot doctor for my yearly check up.

Had a SUPER good weekend! Stayed within calories every day even with some wine and a marshmallow chocolate on Saturday when my sister was over for a movie night!! I did JM Yoga Meltdown on Friday, JM No More Trouble Zones on Saturday, and Jackies Extreme Time Saver Total Body workout on Sunday! YAY! Only bummer was I got ZERO sleep last night because Kadence is now sick with some sort of cold plus is breaking in some molars so she was miserable last night! Poor baby! Hoping she recovers quick!!

B-Honey Kix, skim milk, coffee w/sugarfree creamer
S-Banana, breakfast bar
