Maggs I love the names... you are hilarious. I like flab fighters too.
Courtney- I had minera too, and although I had some cramping at first and it was an adjustment I ended up loving it. My TOM went away other than some spotting for 2 days when I normally would have gotten TOM. I had the progesterone one so that is why the lack of TOM.0 -

Nessa-I sent you my check in but my highest weight was 239. Don't know if that should be the "start" or if my starting again weight should be - whatever everyone is doing is fine with me
Walked an hour yesterday - hoipe to again today I am still real sore from BL Last Chance on Tuesday night. I am determined to get at least 5 days of exercise this week....2 down...3 to go.
Goals:
Thur-walk, Fri-BL Last Chance, Sun-Walk/Run
I've been within my calories for past couple days...helps to be honest with myself and keep focused.

Morning all- I looked at our ss and I aslo need your goal weight as well. I guess I don't "need" it if you don't want to give it to me. lol But there's a spot on the ss that shows how many lbs left sooooooooooo...
I've been in the worst funk ever. For the last like 3 weeks. I thought it was my visitor but then that ended Sunday so why am all super cranky all week? The only thing I can think is I need to get some freaking uv rays or I'm gonna go postal!! I'm a sun baby and I NEED it!! :laugh: :laugh: Is it spring yet??????????????????????
My daughter was SUPER cranky this morning. Threw a fit and refused to say sorry for it so we spent about 20 minutes "ignoring" her until she said it. :huh: It used to work- Don't give her attention and she'd cave. Not this time. :grumble: Then when we dropped her off she screamed bloody murder for us not to leave her there because she "loves us too much and needs us to stay with her all the time." :huh: Who is this kid and where is my daughter?? Tried telling her we'll come back like we always do and it made it worse. Had to just leave her screaming there. Got a text about 30 seconds later: "She already stopped." :huh: :huh: :huh:

O.k. All- I posted the website address in my signature so we can find it- feel free to bookmark it on your comps and such. I'll update it every Friday.
I forgot the spreadsheet also has exercise goals so if you have an exercise goal you can let me know that too. What I will need is:
Start weight- your highest- let's count every pound!
Last weeks- if you have it
Current weight- What you weigh this week
Exercise goal- how many minutes you want to exercise
Total exercise minutes- how many you actually exercised
Take a look at the website- it's outdated but I'll be using the same spreadsheet so it will give you an idea of what it will look like.
Also- theres tabs for pictures, challenges and spotlights. I take suggestions for BOTH challenges and spotlights so if you have a suggestion post it here or pm me if you want. If you have pictures you want up- post them here or e-mail them to me. (pm me and I'll send you my e-mail.)
I beleive Courtney also has the log in for the website- so if you want you can contact her with suggestions as well you can. (Correct me if I'm wrong Courtney- I know you don't ahve much extra time!!!)0 -

I have always just used the weight I started MFP at which was 188.4, but my highest a few months before I started here was 198 (it was actually in the 200's but only during pregnancy and a couple of weeks after giving birth). Because the spreadsheet started with my beginning here it is probably easier to leave it. Like Mamakat my average is down the toilet since I have floundered so much lately.
Anyways I did not weigh last week because I was on a beach and did not care. I will weigh tomorrow. It is a huge gain I know that. I already reported a big gain at the beginning of the week and things have not improved. I have been eating very well but not exercising and I have not been "moving" (sorry for the TMI) since last week on vacation. It is not uncommon for me to stop when we go away but it usually corrects itself at home no such luck this time though. I took 8 SS yesterday and 4 so far today to an avail, I will have to take something stronger this weekend if it doesn't sort itself out because I am swollen all over (hands, face, legs). This happened once before and I went to the doctor after 3 weeks and ended up on antibiotics because I was starting an infection and my doctor lost her mind so I wont let it go so far this time, I think she will disown me as a patient.
I will post stats tomorrow but I guess what I am getting at is it will probably not be accurate before next week. Oh well hopefully I can report a big loss next week.0 -
