Alive again and No heaven are the best but all his music makes me want to move it on a dance floor so that does the work for cardio.

Godsmack - Awake
angry but in an up beat, active, proud sort of way. When I hear that song all I can do is up my intensity.0 -
I normally don't enjoy Eminem, and it is vulgar, but "Lose Yourself" is the best pump up song I've got in my library. When I used to run, I'd always have that one at the end of my playlist to finish with, and it would always help me kick strong through to the end.0

Hahaha I turn on the Rocky IV soundtrack and go all out! It's pretty awesome music!0
-
Cliche but Eye of the tiger from rocky..it just inspires me to run. also renegade by styx if it helps the steelers kick some hiney it helps me0
-
I listen to a lot of Bon Jovi and the Black Eyed Peas but my Powersong that I use when running is "When your heart stops beating" by +44. It's a faster song but it has a good cadence when I want to push myself.0
-
Metal! Everything from Disturbed to Metalica to As I Lay Dying. Metal, metalcore, screamo, and melodic metalcore are my faves!0
-
Usually I prefer soemthing long. Metallica's "one" or "Master of Puppets" or something like that. A ten minute song makes my workout fly by!! If I had to pick some other faves, would be TOOL "jambi" or "vicarious"0
-
My all time favorite get it moving tunes are Thunderstruck and Big Gun by AC DC. I have a lot of AC DC on my iPod but these are my favorites.0
-
For now, my warm-up song for the elliptical is Walk by Pantera. At the moment, I am using anything around 120-130 BPM. For me, I do much better if I can be in rhythm with the music. I feel I will be moving up to 130-140 soon, so I will have to redo my list, again.0
-
Dog Days are Over by Florence and the Machines.
I was going to say this! Go look on you tube for the baby dancing in the car seat to this song - soooo cute!0 -

Black Eyed Peas, Pitbull, Cascada, Basshunter, Lady Gaga. My current favorite is Dynamite by Taio Cruz. But if you don't mind some bad words/lyrics than Levantate by Pitbull is so much fun to get moving to! Everybody Get Up!0 -
