Alive again and No heaven are the best but all his music makes me want to move it on a dance floor so that does the work for cardio.

Strenght need a bit more heavy music like Disturbed and Metallica. :)

I normally don't enjoy Eminem, and it is vulgar, but "Lose Yourself" is the best pump up song I've got in my library. When I used to run, I'd always have that one at the end of my playlist to finish with, and it would always help me kick strong through to the end.

I listen to a lot of Bon Jovi and the Black Eyed Peas but my Powersong that I use when running is "When your heart stops beating" by +44. It's a faster song but it has a good cadence when I want to push myself.

Usually I prefer soemthing long. Metallica's "one" or "Master of Puppets" or something like that. A ten minute song makes my workout fly by!! If I had to pick some other faves, would be TOOL "jambi" or "vicarious"

For now, my warm-up song for the elliptical is Walk by Pantera. At the moment, I am using anything around 120-130 BPM. For me, I do much better if I can be in rhythm with the music. I feel I will be moving up to 130-140 soon, so I will have to redo my list, again.

Ha! So true!! I find myself comparing music with my 16 yr old neighbor
Black Eyed Peas, Pitbull, Cascada, Basshunter, Lady Gaga. My current favorite is Dynamite by Taio Cruz. But if you don't mind some bad words/lyrics than Levantate by Pitbull is so much fun to get moving to! Everybody Get Up!

I love this one too! My latest jamming tune is Train's remake of Rod Stuart's "Stay with Me" it starts out at a good pace, then finishes really fast. I can't help but totally crank it on the elliptical:)
