    As at Sunday night:

    My Weekly Goal: 5000 calories

    Wed: missed this day (late start to challenge)
    Thur: calories burned 680 HR monitor (stillwater rowing)
    Fri: calories burned 488 HR monitor (spin/indoor cycle)
    Sat: calories burned 458 HR monitor (weights circuit with Nai)
    Sun: calories burned 550 HR monitor (weights circuit with Sal and Anna)
    Mon: calories burned(how they were burned)
    Tues: calories burned(how they were burned)


    Total: 2176
    Left To Go: 2824
  • My Weekly Goal: 10,000 calories

    I biked around San Francisco yesterday. First time I ever biked across the golden gate bridge. Pretty cool!
