Thank you. I even grabbed 1/3 less fat cream cheese from the store today...so I'm waiting.

I will look for the recipe very soon.
    I haven't forgotten about it!

I was also going to ask you, but I was going to do it politely. There's no rush, and I would appreciate the recipe when you have time to post it.

Wouldn't diet soda act as a leavening agent?

Diet soda cake is AMAZING. It comes out moist and fluffy and tasty. I don't eat it often because it's a liiiittle too processed for my liking, but it's a nice treat for my bodybuilder friends' birthdays and such. You do have to knock off a couple minutes of cooking time to maintain the moisture, but I didn't notice it being an poofier than a normal cake.

I'd love to try this! Do you have a recipe or a link please?

You can use coconut oil instead for a healthier alternative for regular oil.

decided to make a fruit pizza for my friend & i's picnic at kegball this weekend.

totally not low-cal at all...although i am making low-cal crust in favor of sugar cookie crust.

closest thing i could come up with that's like cheesecake :(

not baking it the filling, though - there's the calories!

When ever I bake cakes I always use one can of pumpkin with one box of sugar free cake mix. it comes out pretty dense and could be an aquired taste. My favorite is sub. oil with apple sauce or mashed banana for the eggs (1/2 large banana = 2 whole eggs). The banana always gives it a littler texture and a great taste to chocolate cakes. I've always done this for my kids and use the banana for my twin's first birhday cake for fear of allergic reaction to the eggs. Everyone at the party loved it and i continue to make it for all!
