    Today is Day 89 for me you guys. I can't even express how I am feeling. I am so grateful that I have made it through the program. I am extremely happy with my results and I am looking forward to taking a couple of days to enjoy myself. I cant wait to have a couple brewskis... I cant wait to enjoy a meal. And then... I cant wait to start it all over again. I am going to Vegas in 4 weeks and I am totally eager to walk around with no shirt on. Can you believe that???? Me???? No shirt on????? wow... I cant even believe this has happened. Its kind of starting to sink in... You guys keep on pushing play! Im with you... Hit me up. Email me... Facebook me (Andrew Townsend).
