im having problems getting back into my ticker. i cant find it. but yesterday i walked 10 hours! oh it was a long day, & im feeling it now....owie!0

Hit the gym yesterday and another 3.25 miles done!
And I didn't even factor in all the walking around I did at the market and in town on Saturday. I'm feeling pretty good too... Is it possible that I am actually starting to enjoy this 'exercise' thing? :noway:0 -
Ran trail run (9 miles with HILLS!) yesterday. My quads are screaming today!!0

I haven't had computer access for much of February, being out of work for various reasons. I did a lot of walking this weekend, though, in addition to my 30 minutes daily!0

So sad! I'm stuck at 30 minutes. I have a horrible cold with aches and fever. I stayed home from work yesterday and today (something I never do). I really hope I get to workout tomorrow. It's strange (b/c I used to hate exercising) but I miss it! I miss how good I feel when I'm finished. It's like a high when I complete a workout, especially a workout I thought I could never do. Wish me luck. My goal for this month is going to be harder to reach now since I've missed a few days. :sick:0
