Spicey Nando's quorn wrap

Only 296 Calories and 10 mins to make.

Need:
#Tortilla wrap (I used Tesco Light Choices)
#Chicken style quorn pieces
#1 red pepper
#Chinese leaf lettuce
#Nando's medium peri peri sauce
#Mexican discovery soured cream

- Take one plain tortilla wrap. Add about a table spoon (or two) of sour cream.
- Put quorn pieces into hot wok and add 2/3 table spoons of peri sauce (depending on how spicey you like it) Keep turning.
- Slice red pepper and add after 5 mins.
- Chop lettuce and add to wrap.
- Once quorn is cooked add to wrap.
- Enjoy :)

You could always add extra side salad or chips if you need more. I found it filling on its own. Hubby had oven chips too.
