This has been incredible so far. It is funny how making changes in your life, putting yourself first for once and seeing the changes in my attitude and behavior can really make a difference. Just wish I could get the girls back without the help of a plastic surgeon. LOL

ahhhh! dont tell me that! i only have 38's and dont wanna loose them at all lol.....so far so good tho....my bras are still fitting lol!0

Ive been a DD since middle school.. I can't wait to lose some of the girls! I am putting off buying new bras until I can get smaller ones. My hubby might not like it as much but too bad. Right now any shirt I wear turns into a "boob shirt"... even turtle necks. I am looking forward to when people (men) look me in the eye again.0

haha!I must be the only one that wants mine GONE
but wow!didn't know it was possible to go down that much! Suddenly I feel motivated.0 -
LUCKY YOU !!!!!!!!!!!! I lost six stone and the puppies were the only thing that remain massive, well, they looked more like a water balloon than they did before, but hardly lost any inches there at all ... would love to be tiny :-(( with massive boobies, it's very hard to ever look thin ....0
-
I went from a 42DD to a 38B so far...hubby is not at all pleased!!! lol0
-
I feel you! I went from 44DD to 36C....*sigh*
But that means I have more choices for wear to bra shop0 -
Ugh ... Im so excited to be on this weight loss journey but I cant lose my babies .... Ive had the girls FOREVER ... Im currently a 50F and have been for quite a long time.0
-
I wish I had that problem... I started this journey at 240...my girls are still in tact and I'm down 70 pounds. No change whatsoever and YES I am disappointed. Once I hit my goal, and have children I plan on have a reduction, it's always been one of my goals. Just goes to show you that everyone is different!0
-
I feel your pain. I'm not done losing yet but I've gone from a 48DDD to 40D (I am very glad they got smaller, I actually wouldn't mind being a large C cup) and they do NOT look pretty without the help of a bra :laugh:0

yep...hubby is not pleased with the girls going away but LOVES my new look. We are going out tonight and will be taking some new pictures. I will post before and afters this weekend sometime. I have even inspired people at work to join a gym and eat right now. It is too funny.0

LOL! You lost your girls and they're still bigger than mine! I've been a 34B for my whole adult life.0
-
I'm a 40DD right now and I don't mind being a DD, but I'd wish the number in front was smaller!
I think I was born with the chest of a 90 year old German mother of 17. Yeah.... I said it. LOL
Thank you Victoria's Secret!! :P0 -
The girls are the one thing I can't wait to see go! LOL! :laugh:0
-
Wow, that seems like a huge change from only 34 pound weight loss?
There's always some enhancements available at Victoria Secret's!
Please do NOT consider plastic surgery!!
Jim ( a guy ) lol!0 -
I hope and pray that i loose some in the area too! I am a 38DD and have always wanted a reduction. Bathing suits are miserable and tops and t-shirts are difficult. I would love to wear those little "strappy camis" without the ugly bra straps showing!0

When I lost a lot I was buying bras I thought fitted (36DD) but were actually totally wrong. A friend recommended I go and get measured at Rigby and Peller (they dont use tape measures) and they turned out 34 ff. I nearly passed out, but the lift and confidence in a really well fitted push up or plunge bra has got to be as good as the op without the pain.
Bravissimo are also good for fittings0 -
Yeah, I've gone from a 40I (that's right, an i cup) to a 36C or D. The more I work out, the more they seem to shrink! I complain about it so much that my husband told me he'd buy me a new pair for Christmas. :laugh:0
-
I went from a 38D to a 34B I wanted to lose everything else, but was sad when the girls got smaller. The good thing is when stores have bras on sale I have a lot to choose from. LOL0
-
42 DD to a 36 C, sadness, I think my issue is that I always had breasts even when I was thinner( note I did nt say thin I have always been on the bigger side). Now they are just shells of there former glory when I have a chance ( if they don't perk up with all the working out) I would like a lift!
Did I mention my sister who is in my picture album too who gained 40 pounds in a year and then lost it all, had no boobs before and she somehow got to keep her "fat" boobies, not fair, I might add.0 -
I can't wait for my 42 Ds to go down! I miss my nice, perky 36 (full) Bs! I want my size 12 jeans and my cute, colorful, thin-strapped bras back.0
-
Mine went down a good bit too! When I gained weight, I had GREAT clevage! I used to wear smaller bras to make them look bigger (Hooters girl advice), and now those smaller bras are too big! Like if you're a 36C, wear a 34B. . .My fiance' swears they still look great, but I totally feel deflated. I never had large breasts; I have booty. I just wish my butt were a little smaller. If I lost the junk in the trunk my fiance' might be a little upset though.0

laurenbausch: My mom thinks I shouldn't, but I can't wait to lose the booty either~:laugh:0

for all of us who have had "the girls" since middle school, we feel your excitement and celebrate your victory, WAY TO GO!!!0
-
Your story isn't one you're happy with - but I'd LOVE to have that result! I'm a 34C now and I'd LOVE to be back at a 32B. I HATE my 'girls'. LOL Your situation gives me hope that mine can take a hike too! Ever since I had my daughter they've exploded.... so overrated in my opinion!!! Can't wear low-cut tops at all w/out showing SOMETHING... while my flat or near flat chested girlfriends don't have to wear cami's underneath their low cut shirts b/c regardless - they don't show anything! Hopefully I can loose mine!0
-
My boobs are the only thing i'd like the keep! they are only a 36 B now, I can see me being an A cup when all my weight has gone0
-
I have had a big chest as long as I can remember even when I was thinner. I am currently a 38DD, atleast that is what i buy and they don't always fit well so I think its bigger i just refuse to buy bigger bras. I am hoping they don't go down too much but I would like them to be a little smaller. I think it would be weird to see myself with anything smaller then a C. LOL.
For the ladies losing breast sizes....do they get droopy? A little TMI I know...but mine already are a little bc of the size and I have been worrying that losing weight will make them just kinda deflate.... haha weird question I know....not sure if anyone wants to answer
Are there exercises that can be done to help to strengthen those muscles so they aren't "ruined" so to speak?0 -
Wish i had the problem of having big boobs!! Im only a 38D and thats a small 38D. I am trying to get this weight off and im not looking forward to loosing my girls!! I have 3 kids and the girls dont look like they did b4 i had kids and now they will shrink even more. If only I could get my fat from my stomach put up in the girls without surgery so i could kill 2 birds with 1 stone. HmMm..........0
