    I'm in! I have a tough time hitting all of my water requirements, so I like that this challenge pushes me to drink more! For me, by July 1st, I'm gonna up the ante for myself to lose 35 lbs or more :)

    Ooh.. me me!! I so want in on this! I have a goal to lose 50 pounds by August 31st.. So this would totally help along that journey!! Im soooo in!! I ♥ it!

    I just woke up and there is so much to catch up on. Everyone has already worked out and well into the day. I must be the furthest West. haha Anyone else in Alaska?

    LOL I've we just finished lunch, he in Ohio. I also hope to lose it before then, but we'll see. I KNOW I can do 5 pounds a month, but I also know 10 is also doable.. so we'll see! Hope your day is off to a good start!

    Haha yeah i took a vaction to Boston this summer and the 4 hour time change really makes a big difference!!

    So the water thing?? I drank a gallon yesterday and i lost 2.2 pounds. I really think it helped flush out my system. Im going to drink it up today too!

    My goal was actually to lose 40lbs by then, but anything over 25 would be great too!!! So, I'm in!

    Water - over 100 oz
    Calories - under by 540
    Exercise - Push-ups, squats, crunches, walking and stairs

    Weekends are always so hard for me cause I don't have the routine of my work week, but am slowing starting to change that!!

    Ok, I'm in. I will make my attempt to be 1 liter of water/day, and exercise 2 days/wk. My goal is 20 lbs, but I would love it to be 25, but not a pound more than that. Approximately 1 lb/wk. =) Tomorrow will be 1 week of doing a food diary and really trying.

    ME ME ME! 25lbs to goal! I'd love to join a group and focus on a challenge to get me really motivated! I'm sort of in a plateau right now--the weight isn't coming off as quickly as it once was.

    Ok my New friends, my goals are to walk my dogs m-f every day, go to the gym twice and ride my bicycle twice m-th. For me fri sat and sun are my part-time work week so it will be harder to get the water in on those days.

    I welcome friend requests from any new members and anybody I haven't already added. I'm counting on the power of group accountability to help me push through this plateau.

    Would love to join in! My ultimate goal is to lose 13kg which I think is about 29 pounds?? by July so this challenge should fit well!! I am in Australia and it's summer so I am easily consuming 2 - 3 litres of water per day. I am walking/running 4km/6 days per week and have just made myself a new challenge...to swim or do an aerobics class twice a week. It's not just about losing weight for me though cause I am trying to become a fit and healthy person- which i have never been.
