Okay...New Challenge! Another 6 weeks! And we decided on mini challenges for this one! So...here they are...and we can always modify! I think that in light of this challenge, we should start our first week with a goal to remind ourselves everyday of what we love about ourselves!
SO...weekly challenges:
Week 1: Write something you LOVE about your body everyday!
Week 2: Stay within 200 cal of your daily recommended total
Week 3: Get in at least 15 minutes of exercise daily
Week 4: Record every thing in your food/exercise diary daily
Week 5: Post on the thread at least 5 times during the week
Week 6: Try a new exercise, new video, or new machine at the gym

Okay...for anyone wanting to join...
We weigh-in on Tuesdays. I start a new thread each week. SW is start weight from the beginning of the challenge (so tomorrow), GW is goal weight after the 6 week challenge is done, and CW is your current weight each week as you weigh in. The ones already on there are people from our previous challenge, so starting tomorrow, the SW will be the CW and progress will be 0 as we start over. We have our actual name followed by our screen name in parenthasis...just so you know. Feel free to add yourselves to our list. We can guide you along if you have any troubles! I have to post my personal challenges for this next week. Aside from posting one thing each day that I LOVE about myself, I will:
1. Not check the scale once during the week, only on weigh-in days (Tuesdays).
2. Not snack on the free popcorn at work (my weakness)
3. Get in at least two treadmill runs during the week (I want to start working those back in)

hey everyone, really good to see new people in the challenge (im no longer the newbie!) I will do the same and give myself some weekly goals and an exercise plan.
1. Not check the scale once during the week, only on weigh-in days (Tuesdays).
2. I have three social situations this week so I am going to be really good eating wise and be constantly aware of what i am putting in my mouth!!
3. get out of bed when my alarm sounds!!!!
exercise plan... bleugh!! i have a bad knee. i do not know what i have done to it, but it twinged a little yesterday and killed today!! so i am treating it to a cold compress and a lovely bath before bed tonight! so this week, i will be mostly resting and come thursday if its feeling ok, i'll try either JM30DS or one of my 10minute solutions. eeeeek!! i hope it gets better cos this time off the exercise could really dent my progress!!!!

Good Morning!!
FIRST: I LOVE that I am a mom before ANYthing else. THAT is my priority. Everything else is just stuff I do. I work, I clean, I exercise...but I AM a mom!
Weigh in this week was great!! I am down 1.5 pounds from last week!! And I need to just continue to work hard!! I REALLY would like to see that 155 GW BEFORE the end of the challenge...I want to reach it before my vacation which is March 5th! SO...I need to push myself extra hard until then!
Last night I did my JM No More Trouble Zones workout and it kicked! Woo! I've bumped up weights, and although I can't use them for everything yet, I'm getting stronger...I can FEEL it! And my legs are burning today, so I know it was a good workout!!
Plan for today:
Food--
B-Oatmeal, light juice, coffee w/sugarfree creamer
S-Banana, breakfast bar
L-Salad (dark leafy greens, spinach, broccoli slaw, cucumber, spritzer dressing), boiled egg, light yogurt
S-Apple, string cheese

Hmmm... what do I love about my body...lol... any of my friends can tell you that I love my hair. Not that it is anything spectacular, I just love that its really long and when I take the time to straighten it, it does look pretty darn good if I do say so myself. It makes me feel good about myself.
And for day 2 of the challenge, I love my teeth. I have strong teeth and have been complimented a few times on how straight the are...lol... without the help of dentistry. Okay, that sounds weirder when I write it down... Well tomorrow I will tell you about how I love my ears... the trifecta of weirdness.

Kristin! You and me have the same GW!! i really hope i can do it this time!! ok.. loving bodiness... umm... today I love my legs. I love my legs because my knee feels loads better today and I reckon I will be ok to do some exercise tomorrow. YAY! i also love that they are currently cellulite minimal. (not cellulite free!!) and that sees to be down to the huge amount of water I'm drinking and the wonderful jillian Michaels!

today, i love my hips, they don't lie lol. I went to bootcamp last night and really pushed myself. i woke up this morning liking the fact that i have curves (just want a little less) and it might sound strange but i love that feeling of the next day following a workout, that soreness makes me know i'm doing something right.
