With all these HIGH mileage loggers I am ashamed to say I ONLY did 3 miles today on the treadmill!:frown: I might hop on again tonite but I have got to start getting bags and such ready for the cruise next week!!0

Thanks everyone!! This was my first "real" race!! It was so much fun! One month for a 15K - which will be a much tougher course, lots of hills. The last 2 miles are all down hill, on a fairly steep grade. I'm scared already! :noway:0

Just kinda treading water this month so far....I'm not behind, but I don't have any cushion either. Got a good 3-miler in today though.
I suppose if I added in the miles that I skied the last two weekends, I'd be way ahead. Yes, I tracked it with GPS & the RunKeeper app on my phone.I'd just need to subtract for the time spent in the chairlifts.
