    Well done Dan.

I rode 10.2 miles commuting to work. The current challenge total is 1,051 miles between the 26 of us. As you can see in the chart, we move on average an ever increasing amount of miles every month. No wonder some people are feeling tired or being blamed for obsessive moving.

I gotta get my *kitten* in gear if I'm going to make 150 this month! The stupid weather and being sick really threw a wrench into things!

Dinos - I missed a Beach Walk somewhere so far as my dayplanner says I am at 55 miles and my MFP said 53. So this reflects my 5 miles from today - (3 miles C25k - 2 miles beach). :):) Thanks - C

Carol, I just copy the total miles from your tickers/signatures, I cannot keep track of each and every workout you do. The numbers in the spreadsheet reflect the updated miles in your ticker (or signature), even if you don't post a particular workout in the thread. Some people for example never post anything, however they update their tickers so I can see their progress by browsing through their older posts.

Yesterday I was too sore and decided to take a day off the workouts. I went shopping for new running shoes instead and ended up with a pair of New Balance 1226s to replace my 5-year old Nikes. Can't wait to go running this evening.

Well, the truth is that I bought the Nikes 5 years ago with the noble intention to start running, but stashed them in a shelf until last July :ohwell: when I started running again. The shoes are still roadworthy, so I'm going to alternate between them and the new ones for a few weeks. There's a term for this that I can't recall, breaking them or something.

I did go running this evening, unfortunately in the old shoes because it was raining.:grumble: Oh well, I think I'm going to keep the new ones next to my bed for a while.
