    1. Fold & put away clothes

    2. East sensibly

    3. Don't binge

    4. Do lots of paperwork & tax stuff

    Drink water when binging urge strikes
    Exercise daily for 30 minutes+
    Eat a big breakfast (400 cals)
    Burn my breakfast cals

    2. No binging - if a binge is needed acceptable snacks are POPCORN or Tomato soup



    Weekly Goal:

    1. Lose 5 lbs before the end of the month

    GOAL FOR 2/18/10:

    *Do 15 min of house work.

    *Do not eat over 2,000 calories.

    *No fast foods

    *Eat S-L-O-W-L-Y

    Longterm goals are: clean beadroom, do my taxes, & weigh 338 pounds. :bigsmile:

    Stay near 1200 calories
    Do not go over on Fat or Cholesterol

    2. Keep all night time television watching to 30 mins with timer.

    5. Do cat box early

    8. Make sure K is clean

    9. Unload & Reload the DW

    10. Make light cassoulet today
