Before and After photos from round 1

I'm going to attempt to share some pics, haven't done it here before so keep your fingers crossed that it works. The first picture was taken in September 2009 at my son's dedication at church. I weighed 309 pounds at that point. After working really hard I now weigh 208.6 (second pic). Like I said, this is from round 1. I've started round two with a goal of a healthy weight of around 135ish.

Congrats! That is some excellent progress! It's nice to see how much dedication you've had. You've already lost 100.4lbs, I have no doubt you have what it takes to see this through to the end.

Thanks! I do have a lot more energy. I play with my kids so much more now where before I was just plain out too lazy. It's much easier getting up and down in the floor too lol. Hugs & good luck to you all.

Thank you everybody. This afternoon my son and I went to a local butcher shop and in one of the larger meat cases there was some type of large piece of pork. I looked on the label to see how much it weighed and it was 51.7 pounds. Just the one amazed me at what 51 pounds looks like so just imagine two of those! I was even more proud of myself after I saw that!

Wow! to see some tangilbe evidence of about half of what you've lost is awesome! I noticed your join date was July 2010. Is that when you began this journey. If so, double WOW!
