    I am new to MyFitnessPal! I started yesterday but I have been dieting and exercising for 3 weeks now and I've lost 5 lbs so far! 20 lbs left to go until my goal weight of 120. However, I'm not sure how realistic that goal is since that's what I weighed as a sophomore and junior in high school... so I will be happy at 125!
