**My incredible low-cal lunch creation (under250CALS!!)

So I stumbled across Sarah Lee Whole wheat Pita pockets the other day and their amazing! ONE WHOLE PITA POCKET FOR 80CAL'S!!! I was super excited, I wanted to jazz up the Tuna I was going to put into it this afternoon so I decided to mix in 2tbsp of Tostitos Spinach dip ONLY 50CAL"S that's 40cal's less then my olive oil mayo I usually use in my Tuna salad...and MUCH more flavor!! I will forever put spinach dip into my tuna salad now!! Then topped it off with some letuce tomato and onion Voila' an AMAZING...UNDER 250CAL LUNCH, and more then filling, I haven't even started on the second half yet and am considering saving it for my afternoon snack ENJOY PAL'S!!
Starkist - Very Low Sodium Chunk White Albacore Tuna In Water, 4.5 oz drained 70cal's
Sarah Lee Mr. Pita 100% Whole Wheat Pita Bread-1 Pocket (33g) -80cal
Generic - Tomato (Roma), 1/5 Tomato 3cal
Romaine - Lettuce,1.2 Cups 6cal
Generic - Red Onion Slices, 0.4 oz. 4cal
Tostitos - Creamy Spinach Dip, 2 TBSP 50cal

That sounds good, i have to try that. I am so stuffed right now, really weird. I am working out to the beach body cds. So i did both of the ab work out and the 20 minute kick boxing cd. I had a egg cooked over medium with a turkey sausage then for a snack i had two celery sticks with organic peanut butter, two tablespoons. So i'm not even hungry for lunch or and 3 glasses of tall glasses of water. Keep me updated on yours too. we are all here to help each other out.0

Awsome find on the pita pockets. Its better than the 120 cals in 2 slices of bread and taste so much better. And great thinking with the spincah dip. Thanks for posting!!0
