Awsome find on the pita pockets. Its better than the 120 cals in 2 slices of bread and taste so much better. And great thinking with the spincah dip. Thanks for posting!!
What the heck kinda bread have you been eatig? LOL, kidding...have you tried Sarah Lee 100% whole wheat 45cal bread, a little pricey at times but it is soooooo fluffy and yummy, not like other "low-cal" breads!!0 -
That will be my lunch for next week, Thanks!
And P.S...I love you more♥
Back at ya girl!!0 -
You rock, that sounds so good.0

Hehe I'm allergic to them, but I sneak them anyway!! If the acidity is low enough I most of the time can get away with it!!0 -

I use Joseph's Lavash bread...
The are a wrap and are 9" x 12". I only use a half of one and that is only 50 cals! A whole one is 100, still a great calorie deal!

That was what I originally was going to make it with, but I didn't have my chicken I use to make it, on hand. Cucumbers and peppers sound delicious along with everything else, I'm totally using those tomorrow too0 -
