How many meals do you eat a day?

    I am a complete grazer. I just eat throughout the day and make sure I get in enough protein and nutrients, though I usually start out eating light in the morning and heavier at night.

    I eat 1600 calories a day, because any less than that and I'm seriously hunger-pangs hungry. I'm also pretty much in the maintenance phase and not the weight-loss phase.

    I usually eat a protein and fruit for "breakfast".
    Then snack on some more fruits, veggies, proteins, and carbs throughout the afternoon.
    At night I eat more carbs, veggies, and proteins. Not really any fruit.

    If I want something sweet, it's usually something like dark chocolate, and it's ate at night. I never eat sweet things in the morning (except for fruit) because then I want it all day long!
