  • Didn't get my water for today. Got sick and just couldn't put anything into my stomach :(
    Did 35 minutes of cardio, and 15 of weights, curls, squate, situps, and such.
    Was under calories! Broke 1300 today...so proud of myself for continuing to eat what I need, despite the one pound gain. It's what my body needs!

    I drank all my water yesterday and today.
    Yesterday I got in all my excercise and today I just barely did by taking a 30 min. walk and then doing 15 minutes of toning, not as intense of a workout as I would prefer but it's still something.
    Under calories today! Yesterday I wasn't though... I was under calories and then I ruined it by doing a late night taco bell run which resulted in going over by about 400. :grumble: Oh well, we all have those days sometimes.

    I realize that it is going to take a lot of hard work to acheieve these goals but I am up for the challenge!! Groups like these are great motivators!

    water 7 cups... not so sure what went wrong with this one.
    Had to work a 12 hr today.....shift so no exercise for me today.
    Was way under calories by like 550.... I am not that far under usually, but I figure every once and a while won't hurt me.

    Tomorrow I will have to do better!!!

    i love these challenges they give me motivation

    45 Minutes Exercise..(Include 10 minutes strength/or resistence training today. This can be lifting weights, pushups, situps, lunges, squats, etc.... or just use some canned foods and do some arm work! )

    Water...Done
    Under Calories...As of right now, I'm 50 over. I'm gonna do a 20 min workout and then I should be under. (My hubby made dinner and the rest is history)
    45 Mins Exercise...I did 60 mins on the treadmill and 20 mins on the elliptical. I'll include 10 mins of strength training during my 20 min workout

    And I met all the goals from yesterday's challenge.

    Thank you for making sure that I challenge myself every day!

    Under Calories: over by about 40. That's not too bad.

I didn't do very well today, but it was my boyfriend's birthday so I've been distracted and we had cake and stuff.
