Sodium

OMG!! I never realized how much sodium I consume in a day until I started MFP. I need some ideas of some good whole hearted lunches!! I work 5 days a week and for lunch I typically eat the weight watchers frozen meals which are know are so high in sodium. A salad alone will just not fill me up!! Would love to hear from you all as to what you make for lunch.

I make soup in my slow cooker. It defrosts really nicely, and it's much lower in salt (and more satisfying!) than a frozen meal.0

I ususally have a turkey sandwich on the new flatbreads (100 cals) with cheese and avacado. As long as you go with a low sodium deli meat you should be good. And yes, frozen meals are packed with sodium. healthy choice isn't too bad but the dessert portions are loaded with sugar. So i just don't eat the dessert and susually have an apple or a greek yogurt with granola. I hope this helps.0
