You like the Wii fit? I'm thinking about getting it and I wanted some opinions about it first.0 -
Wiifit is fun! You really get out of it what you put into it. I've noticed that logging in every morning helps me keep track of what a days worth of eating can do to my body, and i tend to be a lot more aware of what I put in.
As for the exercise, the more you really get into it the better it is for you. For instance, if you do a half hour of freestep and really step high, and use arm movement, you can easily keep your heart in the target zone for a half hour + at a time. But again, it all depends how much you put into it... I know a few people who've gotten it and have already quit using it because they didn't see any immediate effects.0 -
