    Thats a tough one....it would most likely depend on the situation. can you get by with hurting them alittle less if you do a little of both...:brokenheart: ????

    surgery no question about that-- I even thought about extreme makeover but my friends and family said I won't get chosen because I don't have anything wrong with my face so it looks like I have to come out of pocket--
