    This sounds great...did you add your version to the database? I think I found the "orginal" one there. I'm thinking about getting that cookbook. Thanks for sharing!!

    I did not add it to the database but I can if you would like. I find that I'm always changing things I recipes and most likely using different ingredients than other people which would most likely result in a different calorie amount. I even change my own recipes around and I know I will change this one when I make it again.

    If you do get the cookbook, there are versions for each year. I believe this one is the 2009. On the bottom of the cover it says something like 433 recipes inside. I have three of them and really like them.

    I made this tonight and it was great! I was soooo tired of dry chicken, and the sauce really makes it moist. I subbed Sargento smoked provolone for the swiss, and used Progresso garlic & herb bread crumbs in place of the crackers, and it came out fabulous. The cals were about the same. I also skipped the salt altogether since the cheese has plenty for my taste.

    Left-overs are going to lunch tomorrow! Thanks for this!
