Need a healthy chocolate fix?

Try these! I got this recipe from my mom and their really cheap, easy, and HEALTHY!

1 box of cake mix (chocolate being the best!)
1 can of pumpkin (you don't taste it, I promise)
2/3 cup of water

mix all together and put into cupcake cups and bake in oven as directed on cake box for cupcakes

for weight watchers, one cupcake is only 1 point (or 1/2, I don't remember) and they're so tasty! You can't taste the pumpkin what-so-ever and it makes the cupcakes very moist and delicious. I make these all the time for my friends, and they just love them!

    How many calories per cupcake?? That sounds pretty good. I was disappointed when my muffin recipe was a flop, so I'll have to try these.

    You can also use cake mix and a can of diet soda, but you won't get the benefit of the pumpkin nutrients.

    i just found out about chocolate bars called Chocoperfection. Some serious low carb dieters use them, but I've never tried them.

    my healthiest chocolate fix is 16 Ghirardelli dark chocolate chips melted; dip one banana in it; lots of antioxidants and nutrients.

    my guess for calories is about 100 or less because the only calories really come from the pumpkin and the bit from the cake mix alone (:

    This sounds great! i have done the diet pop cupcakes before and they are very good so the added bonus of the pumpkin sounds perfect! :) For anyone looking to try the diet pop cupcakes I love the combo of diet orange soda and vanilla cake mix...
