    I'm 5'2 and shooting for 135. I'm a solid gal and 53 yrs. old. Let's just say I'm strong like bull!

    I'm 5'1" and my goal is 130. When I get there I may want to loose another 5-10 pounds, but we'll see how I feel.

    I am 5'1" and my goal is 125. When I get to that I will re-evaluate and see how I look and feel and how clothes fit. This is within the BMI parameters but I don't really care about that. 99 pounds is considered healthy by BMI too but I would look pretty emaciated at that...
