here we go! starting this challenge to get back on track and refocused...
here's how it works- it can be 270 minutes of cardio, strength, or a combination. anyone can join, at anytime. set your own goal. it can be more, but not less than 270 minutes. then check in every day and post how many minutes you worked out and what you did.

I liked how we did the Wii today. I did it with my 4-year-old, and I let her pick out one activity, and then I picked one, and then she picked one... etc. I got a good variety, we had fun together, and we both got the exercise we needed.0 -
