Bikini ready challenge no weighing in

This challenge is only based on measurements. No weighing. We will take measurements every 22 of each month and the end date is 5/22/2011. I will post mini challenges through out the week so keep checking in for mini challenges to help boost your results. So if your game post your starting measurements and check and motivate often.

CHALLENGE FOR THIS WEEK: SWING 500
You will use a kettlebell or a dumbell and do 500 swings. It will work your core, arms and butt. You can break it down to sets, or days or do it all at once. Here's a link to proper form http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LEJO-xdnxrk
key: the heavier the weight the harder it will be and the better the results. also be careful and use proper form. have fun and report when finish with swing.0 -

I would love to get in on this too.. I measure myself once a month but I haven't been seeing any progress since December, which I don't buy because my scrub pants are looser
Dumb question/favor though - Is there a website or a fool-proof way to know that you measured the exact same place every time!? and also, for bust is it under or over the ladies? for hips is it at the bone!? I just want to make sure I measure the right stuff and the right places I think my issue is that since I only measure once a month, I dont know what I did the last time! I need to tattoo little dots as markers, lol!

Love this challenge! I've been taking my measurements on the 28th of each month but I'll bump it up a few days to get on track with everyone else. I'll have to post my measurements for this month later tonight or in the morning though since I didn't have a chance to measure today.0

I"m in, this is a much better fit for me than calories burned or lbs. lost because I only have 1 lb. to go until my goal weight but many inches to go. Will take measurements tonight and post tomorrow.0
