1st March 2011 30 Day Shred will begin, who's in? . Im really excited but I know it will be Brutal on my body. Think it would help everyone to share advise, stories and motivation along the way. Tuesday we begin! (:

Me! I've ordered the DVD and it should be here this week. I'm v excited about starting it but will wait until Tuesday to begin.0

ok just looked at the DVD. I'm still in for the 30 day shred, but I'll have to use a different dvd, I live in a first floor flat, so if I do this dvd, they may look into getting me evicted through noise nuisance haha!
I'm looking forward to seeing what the exercising will do as recently I've been focusing on just the food.

to those who are not sure the 30 day shred is an oldschool work out by Jillian Michaels aimed at toning you body. I've heard it is quite intense and you are guranteed results, many of my friends lost a dress size by the end of the shred! There are 3 stages, 1, 2 & 3. Its advised to start at stage 1 and work your way up doing each stage for 10 days. But defeniately try and keep at it, its only 20 minutes a day

Im in too! Tried to start it on Sunday and have been sore for the last two days because I used 5 lb. weights (should have started with 2 or 3) so I havent't done it since. But I am game to try again starting on March 1st. Can't wait for the results!!!0

this is to those people who have just done a few days - during the work out i felt ok (ok, pretty breathless! But it wasn't as terrifying as I thought it would be) but now im pretty sore, I felt like there wasn't enough cool down and stretching time, anyone else?0

I'm on day 3 of L3 and lost 3 inches in my hips, 2 inches in my waist and 8 pounds. The video workout is 27 minutes including the warm up and cool down.0

I started it a few weeks ago and after the first day had to stop because I was SO sore. I *definitely* overdid it (followed Natalie rather than Anita!) and boy did I pay the price. I could hardly walk up and down steps, and I woke up in every time I turned over at night for two nights. I'm going to start slower next time!0
