Those of you who have taken a day off, do you add one day to the 30 then? I don' t think I will have any time to get it done tomorrow. Busy morning with the kids and then I have to work until 11PM and then be back the next day at 9AM...darn work gets in the way LOL :laugh:0

I'm at day 10 and I started on March 3rd so my goal is to do 30 days of the shred in what will most likely end up being about 36 (max) days.0 -

Finally finished my 10DL1 of the shred! Feels good after being gone on vacation. It is getting easier except the cardio part for me. Not sure why my lung capacity is so low but has always been like that since I was a kid. May have to get it checked out as my legs get weak due to lack of oxygen during that part!
Don't laugh but I am going WATCH the level 2 tonight to see if I am ready to move on or need to do a few more days at this level to see if I can get my cardio to come easier! Hope everyone is doing well at this and keep going everyone. I have lost 5 lbs since I started but I am doing the shred as well as a few walking videos and some lifting! I am determined to see this through no matter how long it takes me. :happy:0 -
Day 15- just completed 30 mins of 30 DS ...Level 1...
II just received "Jillian Michael- Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism DVD " Today. I tried to do it after finishing level one....
OMG, it is certainly a butt kicker workout, LOL....almost pass out did not even last 25 minutes0 -
Day 16 Day 6 Level 2. Man those cheer squats are killer to me! Boy do I ever feel really good after it is all over though. I weighed and measured after day 10 and was 1 lb down and lost 1/2 " on chest, waist, hips. I took pictures too, but I couldn't really see a difference. I will do the same again after my 10 days are up on Level 2. G'night all! :yawn:0

18th day of 30 DS - Level 2 day 2 ...0 -
Ok I did a few extra days of Level 1 as the cardio is still giving me a lot of trouble. The rest got a lot easier! I finally decided to go onto Level 2 and LOVED it. Arms are going to hate me in the morning. Anyone else find L2 easier? I know this is a 30 day thing but mine is going to be a little longer. I am ok with that just as long as I finish!
Weigh in for my group is tomorrow morning so can't wait to see how my progress is coming along. Wish me luck.0 -
I just started it today. Wow! What a work-out!! My legs are already sore so hoping I can suffer through it tomorrow...I will do it, sore legs and all!!
Just wondering how to log it as an exercise on here though? It wasn't found in the database. I wasn't sure how many calories it burns...I did level one today. I just logged that I jogged for 20 minutes and it said I burned 200 and something calories....surely this work-out burned at least that much! It felt like it anyways....0 -
I just finished L2 tonight and start L3 tomorrow. I am doing a preview right now....looks intense, but looking forward to it!0

Log it as circuit training. I wore a heart rate monitor and it showed I burned 246 for level 1 and 304 for level 2.0 -
20th day of 30 DS - Level 2 day 4 ...
I find level 2 very hard. I am so sore...my hubby tells me not to work out daily. But I gave him deaf ear:grumble: :grumble: :grumble:0 -
L3 D1 Wow! Had a hard time keeping up with them in some areas, but those of you who are on Level 1 or 2, its not that bad...I burned less calories tonight ( 245) than I did on Level 1 or 2...I will wear a HRM again tomorrow, now that I have an idea of what moves are coming and how to do them.0
-
Im switching to every other day now. Level 3 is hard but not enough cardio0
-
L3 D2 Ok now that I have the moves down, I burned 277 tonight! Um rock star jumps definitely need some work on those....0
-
Okay...thanks!!0
-
I started Level one on Tuesday but I was SO sore that I couldn't do it on Wednesday or Thursday. I did do it again yesterday and today though! Not feeling as sore today so my muscles must be getting used to it already! YAY!! Although worried already about levels 2 and 3....how hard are they really?!? Hope I can tough it out....really want to do this for 30 days in a row, must make the time and suffer through the pain!! As Jillian says "Unless you faint, puke or die....keep going!!!" :laugh:0

Hang in there. I was scared to do level 2 but I find it easier than level 1 for me. The amount of cardio on level 1 about did me in. Their is more strength in level 2 so finding that easier. All depends on what your strength and weaknesses are I guess. I haven't peaked at level 3 yet but I have 7 more of level 2 so we will see. Listen to your body but push yourself a little more than you normally would to get the benefits.0
