Next time you take your little ones to the library check out their work out dvds. I found a bellydancing one that was a lot of fun and even a Hula cardio that was interesting. They will usually have ones that will teach you dance too! He fun & good luck!0

I used to do Gilad Total Body Sculpt and felt they got my heart rate going pretty well. Do you have Discovery Health or Fit TV on your cable? Here are the schedules.

I also like Sharon Mann, occasionally when I am stuck at home I'll do her routines and even now with how in shape I am doing Crossfit I sweat and pant to her show! She's hard!0
