    I'm at 186! Down 1 pound from last week & a total of 24 pounds since I started MFP in November. Only 1 pound away from my halfway mark :happy:

    I have been doing 30DS and havent lost alot of weight but have noticed a big change with how my clothes fit so im hoping i lost some inches..somewhere..anywhere!!! :laugh:

    Thanks to everyone for all of the support. It really helps keep me motivated!

    Well, I should be happy with this but I'm really not because this is the number I had the day after weigh-in last week. So, I could have lost more if I would have been more dedicated. So back to it this time, for real lol :)

    Last week 169, up 0.4 from the week before.
    Today 166.8, down 2.2
    161 is the least I've weighed in the last 12 years, so I'm hoping to get there before March 18th. I am also weighing and charting more-or-less every day to see what behaviors effect my weight most. So far I would have to say that exercising less but being strict on calories does better than frequent exercise with a few more calories :ohwell: Strange. I will stick with 3-4 workouts a week for a couple of more weeks and see how it goes.

    I guess my horrible eating day didn't hit too hard. (So LUCKY!!!) Next week will be TOM. Gotta watch that eating! Going out for the day tomorrow, so I'll have to pack stuff and pre-plan tonight!

    Congrats to all the losses! Hang in there for the maintainers and gainers... it will come... persistence!!

    I lost 3.2 pounds this week... finally something about a 1 (which I've had for the last 2 weigh-ins)!

    I had a good weigh in this morning at 205.4. I'm down from last week I think I was 208 or 209..i can't remember. That's what I get for weighing myself once every other day, lol. This week I really pushed myself in my workouts and I ate pretty clean with high protien. It was a hard week to stay so disciplined but i'm happy with myself :smile:

  • Hey everyone, up 1 pound exactly from 337.8 to 338.8, but it is TOM for me again, so I'm not too upset over it.

  • Alright all, I have finally caught the bug for exercising. I took a break today but have been doing Zumba or at least 30 minutes of something for the past 6 days. I watched what I ate, I exercised and I lost 4 pounds this week. So now that I can see that this thing actually works if I stick to it. My goal for this week is to stay motivated and to really watch what I am eating everyday. Thanks for all of your support and motivation. I have really been stuck at 195 but that was due to my lack of effort. I think about the weight I could have lost if I would have been more motivated over the last month like everyone else. Glad to be motivated now!

    SW: 195
    CW: 191
    Next Week GW: 187. I have not been in the 180's in over a year.
    End of March goal: 175 pounds
    End of April goal: 163 pounds
    End of May goal: 151 pounds
    End of June goal: 139 pounds -goal weight yeah!

    Well I managed to maintained and I will take it!:smile: I have been struggling but I am sooo determined as I see many of you are too. I was not sure what I had weighed in at last week since I am in a few challenges. All I know is 348 was my lowest weight this month and my goal is to get back to that weight. I am still going to shoot for losing at least on more pound before Monday. That will be a challenge since the weekends are a challenge indeed.

    had a HUGE loss this week! 3.8lbs! i think i found my weight loss sweet spot! between last week and this week i lost 6lbs which never happens (but i definitely needed it)! i'm now up to 13lbs lost during this challenge so far and i am EXTREMELY happy about that considering the super slow start i had. :)

    I think there's a LOT of stress eating going around lately. :indifferent: Time to take a break from stress!!

    Im up 1.4 lbs this week 204.5 to 205.9. I think it was lack of exercise, but life happens sometimes.
