    Well, I am not sure about this weeks weight- it looks REALLY good, but I am not too sure... The scale I was using at school is no longer working (it was kinda iffy anyway) and the new scale I have at home says 264! Thats 10 lbs less than last week! I suppose its possible, I walked alot and was always under calories- but it seems drastic! I do feel like I have lost weight though... so, I am gonna stick with 264 and see what happens this week. Good lock everyone!

    Half a pound loss - not on target, but I had a pretty decadent weekend, so I guess it's to be expected. I'll make up for it this week!

    Congrats everyone on sticking to it. Great to see everyone's progress.

    Not the end of the world either. It's just week one. I still have time to pull it together.

    I'm happy because I got in my workouts, but my eating was all over the place.

    Some could be water weight so I'll weigh in later in the week and compare.

    In the meantime healthy eating and lot's of exercise.

    I weighed myself on the Tanita analyzer scale at the gym... I cannot believe I'm 34.4% Fat! Yikes!

    Ate out twice yesterday due to business meetings, but tried to make healthy choices. At least I worked out when I got home at 8:45. Will try to do better today.

    we got in really late last night from our trip, so I didn't weigh in, but my current weight is 157 =(
    This weekend kicked my diets butt! I did the best I could in the circumstances, but sometimes there were no other options and I didn't get to work out at all ALL WEEKEND =(

    Hi all I'm sorry I've been MIA lately,I still want to take part in the challenge but I'm having a week off strict counting this week as hubby and I are both off work - a rare occurance! I'm actually up, I weighed this morning and I'm 157.0 :o( Water I HOPE!!! But I'll be back to loosing again as of Sunday so hopefully next weeks weigh in will be better!
