I have to confess... I got down to 86.7 kilos last thursday, however I went travelling over the weekend... thought I did OK - but not brilliant on the food... but obviously not.. I guess I am still down on last week, so I am semi happy.... Going to be a hard week this week as its my Birthday tomorrow!0 -
Thank you all for your support! I will weigh in tomorrow... and see where I am at. This weekend was kind of a 'break' for me... but a good one. My daughter and I went to the movies (with popcorn) then dinner and ice skating... it was a great day... and while I did eat much more than I should have (and didn't track) I definitely noticed that I did eat less than I would have 6 months ago! and I was UNCOMFORTABLE I was so full... So I don't expect to be repeating it anytime soon- at least the eating portion! I am now officially back on track... I have tracked today and I will weigh in tomorrow and move forward from here!

week 1 was 113 kg (as far as i remember)
week 2 (15 march) i'm 110.9
my weight loss has slowed a bit after i joined gym.
anyways, i'm happy with my results.
We will need a competition next month also, because this is awesome, involving socially is a great motivation and support and I WANT TO BE THE BIGGEST LOSER !!!0 -

Really thought I had messed up with yet another pigging weekend, but a low calorie Monday coupled with a "Brahma Burn" of almost a 1000 calories did the trick with a loss of 0.6 lbs not a lot but a loss is a loss!!!0 -
