    Thanks everyone for sharing your routines. I do get everything ready the night before. I think next week I will try a few things different though. If i can get my kids to cooperate, I will go to bed by 9 pm instead. Also I think I will get up at 4:30 and have a snack and wake up a little more before I start my workout. I have my calories set to lose 1.5 lbs a week (not that it's actually happening!), I don't really want to increase it because once I have my exercise calories I am usually pretty full for the day.

    I work out in the mornings, too. 9 or 10 am, typically. I try to workout so I have enough time to hit the shower before I go to my classes, lol. I really love it, it's a great way to start the day. I don't feel like I have to drag myself to the gym, like I do during later in the day. Also, less people are there (:
