I've seen threads like this in the past, and I'd like another one! What are 5 (or more if you have more!) foods that you absolutely must have, or that are always in your kitchen?

Here's mine:
1. Chocolate vitatops
2. Skinnytaste.com bolognese sauce
3. Laughing Cow cheese
4. 70-calorie instant hot chocolate
5. Hebrew National 97% fat-free hot dogs

All meat, cheese, and chocolate...I really like my "indulgent" foods!

Flax seed mill - you can add it to everything and use it in recipes as an egg substitute

Low fat yogurt - stoneyfield makes a good organic- use it in as a spread or in place of butter or sour cream especially on baked potato

Tuna in water no salt added - 30 grams of protein per can

Frozen blueberries - great anti oxidant

    Protein powder
