    this is such a cool idea. I hadn't heard of this process before! I'm looking forward to trying it.

    I was googling and found more info for making ice cream in a bag, it looks like you can also use a coffee can as well as other ideas.

    here's a recipe on allrecipes I found, also it gives some info on how this works too.

    I just made Avocado ice cream.... 1 C almond milk, half an avocado, 2 packets of Truvia. OMG so yummy!

    I tried this with a cup of Chocolate Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Milk and 1/2 Tbsp of agave... Delish! I can't wait to make it again tomorrow night!

    I was just thinking the same thing. I usually put a little of the dark choclate almond milk on my ice cream as an alternative to chocolate syrup. Ice cream made from it could only be better than as a topping!

    Finally got around to trying this today. I followed the original recipe and directions (added cinnamon). Put a bit of sugar free hershey syrup on top, no more than 5 calories, for a total of 40 calories. I was amazed at how huge the portion was compared to a 1/2 cup of ice cream for 140 calories.

    Just bought some coconut milk today so I think I am gonna try making it with that and then add variations each time I make it.

    I used to make ice cream with coffee cans when I was in Girl Scouts growing up. This will definitely be something I do with my 6 year-old daugther and my 3 year-old son.
