last week's thread was really motivating, so here we go again!


anyone can join in, anytime! here's how it works... set your goal for the week. it can be more, but not less than 270 minutes. then check in every day and post how many minutes you worked out and what you did.here's the daily update form-

    I'm in. My normal goal is 200 so I will strive for 270 this week. Might be tought we are so busy buying our house. But I love a challenge. Good luck to all.
