I plan to hit it hard this week both on the exercise and food front! I'm off to Ireland at the weekend to see friends so have to work hard so I can earn a pint of real guiness!!0 -

~I WILL WILL WILL get out of the 220's
~Complete the first week of P90X and still make my zumba and pilates classes
~Make sure I eat all the calories/protien I need

I'm surely hoping so.
Really tired today. I don't think baby and I are feeling too great today.
Going to try and get on the treadmill tonight regardless. I have to start fasting at 9 for blood work in the morning. Yuck. Then we have sign language therapy if baby is feeling up to it.0 -
I haven't unpacked anything from the move. We just threw everything in boxes, in no particular order or anything. I'm hoping I can find my HRM for tonight. :laugh:
And I need to lose 1.3lb/week to hit my Goal Weight by September. Time to stop putting this off and buckle down!!!0 -

****ty day today, But, I did meet my first goal! 170 by march 1st!
Next goal- 165 by April 1st. I would really like to lose 5 pounds this month, and every month after that. That isn't too big of a goal.

Ugh. I've tossed everything I ate today. I feel super crappy and baby does too. I don't know if it's from my band or just feeling bad. I'm going to say my band because baby isn't throwing up, thank goodness. But damn am I exhausted now. I think I'm going to make some seafood gumbo for dinner, shâ. Maybe a long hot bath for me tonight and some sleep hopefully!0
