    My goal for the week: Not have a crazy over calories day. I haven't seem to have a full week without one.

    I plan to hit it hard this week both on the exercise and food front! I'm off to Ireland at the weekend to see friends so have to work hard so I can earn a pint of real guiness!!

    Here are my goals for this week:

    ~I WILL WILL WILL get out of the 220's
    ~Complete the first week of P90X and still make my zumba and pilates classes
    ~Make sure I eat all the calories/protien I need

    Really tired today. I don't think baby and I are feeling too great today.
    Going to try and get on the treadmill tonight regardless. I have to start fasting at 9 for blood work in the morning. Yuck. Then we have sign language therapy if baby is feeling up to it.

    I haven't unpacked anything from the move. We just threw everything in boxes, in no particular order or anything. I'm hoping I can find my HRM for tonight. :laugh:


    And I need to lose 1.3lb/week to hit my Goal Weight by September. Time to stop putting this off and buckle down!!!
