    Ugh - 11 days, no exercise. Part of my problem is I am only allowed to walk and my treadmill belt has a partial tear and I am afraid I might trip or make it worse. I did try to walk outside but we live on a mountain and it really stressed my surgical area to walk the hills. I am off to the sporting goods store to see if there is a repair kit.

    TRES1967 Check out a Leslie Sansone Walking DVD.....Get the 5 mile walk and you can walk in place with side steps, kicks, forward/backwards, mumba, etc SHe goes at the rate of 1 mile/15 min and has 5 separate mile segments that you can mix and match. There are also some upper body stretches using a theraband while your still doing steps several times throughout the five mile sequences. It might be a nice alternative for now. I play it in my computer and mute the sound so I can watch TV while I am walking away. :flowerforyou:
